Travel planning is not a "one size fits all" process, so it's important that we take some time in getting to know each other to ensure that we'll be a good fit! I will first ask you to complete the Plan Your Trip form found on our website. Try to include as many details as possible. The more I know about you, the better!

After I have received your 'Plan Your Trip' form, you can expect to hear back from me within 2 business days. We will then schedule a time for the two of us to meet over a Zoom call. During this call we review your form, go over questions that either of us may have, work to solidfy the vision you have for your vacation, and discuss any service fees associated with planning your vacation (*fees start at $50 per booking). If you decide that you are excited and ready to work with me, I will then send you an invoice for my service fee, and after receiving payment, I will begin the planning process! 

Using my knowledge and experience, the information gathered through our consulation, and the network of my industry partnerships, I design and present up to three options for you to choose from. After you select the option that is most appealing, I complete the booking process for you. Let the countdown to your much deserved getaway begin!

Once your holiday is booked, the only thing left for you to do is pack your bags and go! I will take care of monitoring your booking, confirming your hotel stays and transfers, delivering your final travel documents, as well as setting up any reservations for dining, spa appointments, or excursions.  All Vida Travel Co. clients also receive all of their booking and itinerary information via an easy-to-navigate app for access on the go.
